Chroma Key Graffiti
Creative idea presented by Ingrid Jornet illustrates how video can be presented using spraypaint and chroma key compositing.
There is very little information available about this piece so whether or not this is an actual finalised film / project is unknown, and I’m not sure if the secondary visual is a delayed presentation of the initial actions. With great planning, though, this could be the basis of an interesting music video - see for yourself below:
Photographic soap bubble studies by Santiago Betancur Z that look like planets
Photographer and painter Santiago Betancur Z explores the intersection between science and abstract art in his photographic studies of bubbles, as well as producing life-size figure painting. In his photographs and video recordings, Betancur Z captures imagery of soap bubbles against dark backgrounds, showcasing the random kaleidoscopic color and light effects produced by the delicate spheres, and the chance allusions that occur in their surfaces

All I Own House materialises the interior of Yolanda’s house through her personal belongings. But these objects, such as Yolanda, would never stand still; they move around with her, accompanying her way through the day. Early in the morning all the books wake up and place themselves together with all the clothing stuff, bed disappears and just as Yolanda is having a coffee. Books and clothes move fast, approaching the kitchen area in order to make room for the shower. Around mid-morning Yolanda has an appointment with a client; all the crockery, carefully tidy, starts to put itself close to the kitchen near all the cutlery and the rest of the cookware. Books are now showing off, very proud, and the big round blackboard is now getting ready for the meeting…
Through a carefully made design, totally custom-made, and the combination of carpentry and the use of quite a simple industrial railing system, all the server space in the house is arranged through three wooden, suspended, mobile and transformable containers. This server space can be totally rearranged in just a few seconds, thus allowing, in a variety of combinations with served space, to adapt the whole house according to specific needs for the use of space at the time, enabling infinite homes within a house.
Belt Scooter (2013) by Ádám Török
Our physical need to move around gains an entirely new meaning in the future, depending on the price we are willing to pay for it, in terms of the fast approaching ecological changes. The internet can provide a solution alongside supplying a direction towards the development of a realistic virtual existence, which is a well known phenomena these days. The role of car is completely different, ascending above all of these problems. They are helping us to move between two points, simplified beyond measure.Compared to public transport, the car offers its advantage in independence, and personal space alongside the sense of a safe space with the ability to choose the take-off and destination points. The main problem of the electric versions currently being under development are that the awkwardness of the energy supply puts a powerful limitation on efficiency and distance. We can bypass the problem by turning the equation around, making it’s seeming disadvantage into our advantage. Taking into consideration that public transport is mainly concerned with mass transportation within a city, and the departure times are running right across the whole day, this blurs the boundary between the gap of departure times. This forms the base of our journey. This is complemented by the aforementioned point of departure and arrival, which eventually differs each time. The most efficient vehicles that bridge these two points in the shortest time are those powered by leg power, whose need for specific pathways is a must in every developing city. There is one thing even more important, and that is storage. A vast range of methods has been developed in recent in years but these will all become obsolete if the vehicle is developed that is entirely portable, even wearable as part of our clothing.
